Sleepy Sin: Man Jailed for Yawning

33-year-old Clifton Williams should’ve rested up for his big day. Chicago Judge Daniel Rozak found Williams in contempt for making a “loud, boisterous” yawning sound in his courtroom, sentencing him to 6 months of “rest,” the maximum sentence without having a jury trial.

In related news, a 4-year-old Missouri girl was sentenced to 3 years hard labor for sneezing without covering her mouth.
