According to the petition, its going to be an amicable and simple split: the parties have agreed to shared custody of their 16-year-old son Hopper Jack Penn, and have reached an agreement as to the division of their property. Their daughter, Dylan Francis, is 18. Over the course of their 12-year marriage, petitions for divorce were filed on 2 other occasions.

Of course Sean Penn has starred in a horde of flicks, including “I am Sam,” “Dead Man Walking,” and “Casualties of War.” Robin Wright Penn, however, is not stranger to Hollywood. You might remember her from “Forrest Gump” and “The Princess Bride.”

Nice to hear that the divorce will be easy. However, that’s what they all say. Let’s see what Robin does when she finds out that Sean has a new lady friend.
